Joey and I had a good laugh over our mutual distaste of spending three days in Wally World (aka Bonanza Raceway).  What could be worse?  Three days in, uh, nope can't think of another place as boring.  They did finally build a Multiplex Theater, but the lack of restaurants or anything else to do is frightening! No wonder there are sofas on the front porch of every frat house.  There's nothing to do but sit on the porch and watch the paint peel and the cars rust....

It was an interesting race.  The new "tree" is laser and no one seems to know how to run the computer program!  So, high tech rednecks can't follow instructions.  Joey had very good reaction times, but his Crew Chief wasn't up to speed (pun intended).  It's safe to assume things can only get better.

The next race will consist of "Dragsters for Rent", a business from Portland.  It's an opportunity for kids to "try before the parents buy."  The cars are geared toward younger or beginner JR drivers.  Should be fun.  Pictures will be added then!

I personally am looking forward to Junior Nationals.  They are held in Woodburn, OR just a couple of minutes from a VERY nice Premium Outlet Mall and about Half an hour south of Portland.  Should be able to find some, after race hours, entertainment there!
